Vintage City of Chicago Cardstock PSA Transit Sign marine biological laboratory 75" from mountc. 1980s Cardstock PSA poster released via Jane M. Byrne, former mayor of Chicago from 1979 1983. Byrne, the first female Chicago mayor, was a Democrat who championed inclusivity and environmental causes, hence the release of this poster created to be posted in train cars and on buses.
