Spontaneous fermentation in tank and ageing on fine lees in concrete eggs (70%) and stainless steel (30%) for approximately 9 months

The grapes are vinified using three different techniques - carbonic maceration

2016 Rayas Chateau des Tours Vacqueyras Rhone, France Cantina Togliana This is Lenkey's Hárslevelű Selection80% Grenache, 20% Syrah. Only the oldest parcels, almost entirely planted to Grenache, are bottled as Vacqueyras. The rest are blended and bottled as Ctes du Rhne. Arrives the last week of November, 2025.
