The equestrian statue in the center is of Louis XIV for whom the square was named. It was created by Franois Giradon and was reputed to be the first equestrian sculpture of itskind to be cast in a single piece. CONDITION This 135+ year old Item is rated Near Mint Very Fine. Light aging throughout.
