1893 Chicago Worlds Fair Lapland Village Reindeer Huts ORIGINAL HISTORIC FAI4 TSH1 the Salmagundi"Interior View of the Lapland Village." This is an original 1893 halftone print of the interior of the Lapland village at the 1893 Chicago Worlds Fair. The Laplanders' summer and winter houses are seen the tents of coarse cloth, and the huts of boards covered heavily with sod.
