Paixar, Bierzo, Dragonte, Mencia 2021 Red 10% Petit Verdot and 2%93 CellarTracker A fuller bodied expression of Mencia here darker red fruits bordering on plumb, some menthol, graphite as well. Medium+ acidity and fairly grippy tannins with a long finish. Opened up a bit with an hour or so of air. Good now, will be good to lay down for a few years as well. 10 26 2025
