2021 Clos De Tue-Boeuf, VDF Pineau de la Loire, France Koehler-Ruprecht Sourced entirely from the Farella100% Chenin Blanc. Pineau de la Loire is the local historical name for Chenin Blanc, which is in this case is sourced from AOC Touraine friends who farm their vines organically. Tue Boeuf harvests the fruit by hand, presses it in whole clusters and ferments it with natural yeasts in large wood tanks. The wine is aged in barrel on its lees and bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur. The wine is classified as a VDF rather than as Touraine
