2024 Jerome Jouret 'En Avant Doute' Ardeche, France Savart The original Pinot noir clonesAge of Vines: 40 years old Yields: 30 hl ha Pruning Method: Cordon de Royat Soil: Clay and limestone Varieties: 100% Grenache Making of (2024): The vineyards are plowed by hand and have never seen chemicals. Yields are very low and the grapes are hand harvested at their maximum ripeness, destemmed and gently pressed. The wine ferments for 15 20 days then ages in concrete tanks and barrels. Zero sulfur added; bottled in June 2025.
