Brought back by a US Soldier after WWII, this is a very nice largeItalian National Flag, which looks to have seen extensive service during the war. It measures approximately 58 x 90 (4. 8ft x 7. 5ft), is of multi piece construction with all colors a separate piece. The Savoy Coat of Arms is sewn into the white central portion. It does not have a separate header but has hanging ties. The Savoy Flag was adopted in 1861
