Original German WWII Model 42 Inert Smoke Egg Hand Grenade - Nebeleihandgranate 42 Japanese Ordnance Patton's 1914 manual "Saber Exercise"Original Item: Only One Available. This is a very nice inert example of the German M42 Nebeleihandgranate (Smoke Egg Hand Grenade), which has been deactivated to BATFE specifications. The model 42 was the last smoke grenade produced by Germany during WWII. It features a more compact design when compared to its stick grenade predecessor, the Nb. 39. Furthermore, the elongated pear shape also allowed use as a pistol launched grenade. These are quite
