Cock Fight in the Barn Yard, Old Shapshot Photo stylized animals 8 3/8” x 1 11/16”This one just struck me as quite poignant: two boys of about 14 I'd guess, facing off with cocks in hand and with the shadow of what looks to be a woman in skirt hovering over them. A nasty sport for certain, but there is something tender and intimate about the photo, and one imagines these farm boys feeling about as trapped as these birds. With a wooden hook or hinge just above them, exactly centered between the two as if marking the center of the
