In the summer of 2015, Prince announced that he would release an album by the same name and that things were about to get experimental, weird, and super funky. Released on September 7, 2015, Hit n Run Phase One was Princes 38th studio album that featured all new material and was recorded in the two years leading up to release. It was primarily a
