Plenty worn but in very good structural shape and wheels roll along well

Beautiful and Beautifully Worn Make Do Brass (Presumed Artillery Shell) Scoop with Carved Wooden Handle tower or perhaps a practice exerciseI jumped on this one because I find it a very beautiful and poetic feeling old handmade tool and then I realized the brass scoop was likely cut from an artillery shell, making this both a make do creation and a piece of trench art of sorts. And clearly a scoop was much needed by whoever made it with the carved handle here showing a beautiful dark and warm dry wood patina from much much handling. I find the line of that deep arc of the scoop's opening
