This lovely little lacquered papier mache snuff box

crisp pop to whatever one puts in it

with a bit of dark spotting here and some rippling to the linen

The paper is a bit brittle and there are a few small tears along the edges: one very tiny torn bit toward the bottom on the left edge and two clean tears that I didn't even notice at first as they pretty disappear when flat--one along bottom edge left

Plus this lovely small matching bowl vase, which could hold sugar, or tea bags, or a bloom or two. I wish I had four mugs, but perhaps better to think of this as
