2022 AMI Nuages Bourgogne Rouge Cabernet Sauvignon White peach and citrus flavorsAMI or friend in French is a collaboration between Paul Perarnau and Willy Roulendes. Paul is the farmer and Willy the winemaker. Both have history and experience with some whos who but we arent dropping all the names. We were however impressed by their voice, the wines feel traditional but have an indescribable wild edge, full of intrigue and nuance. Besides the wine just being so pretty fruited, we were captivated bY the labels, 1970s programming
