Extracts Vol.4, Densely Packed, Far-ranging Medical Research Notebook (Ship Medic?) with Excellent Red Leather, Anchor Embossed Cover playskool 14 7/8” l x 3This one sold me on the red leather with embossed golden anchor cover alone, especially with that evocative hand inked "Extracts Vol. 4" at top. Inside, its pages are very densely and completely filled with notes of a medical nature, though I must admit I have not been able to make great sense of them. They cover quite a range, for notes about the brain and nerves, heart and circulatory system, and various sorts of treatments it seems, but then also
