The Miquelet (Migulet) Tanchika was the traditional muzzle loading long gun of the Balkans and Greece in the early to mid 1800s. The wood stock very largely covered with decoratively engraved and embossed brass panels, mounts and trigger guard. The 52" octagonal barrel bears the name SPERANDIOM engraved on top of the barrel.
