Constructed of gilded bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a multi coloured enameled HJ insignia situated within a gilded border, the reverse with a clip hinge and vertical pinback meeting a locking catch, stamped with an award number of 127029 and marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo, alongside a makers code of M1 120 for Wilhelm Deumer, Ldenscheid, measuring 16. 86 mm (w) x 28. 37 mm (h),
