Made from a blend of Xarello, Macabeo, Parellada, Malvasia de Sitges, and Sumoll Blanc, this wine is a snapshot of the Vinyes Singulars estate. Fermented with native yeasts and bottled unfiltered, it offers a pure and natural expression of the terroir. Fun Fact: The name "Pim Pam" is a Catalan expression meaning "quickly,"
