This is an utterly unique orange wine from traditional and hybrid grapes co-fermented for 20 months on the skins with Viognier and Dolgo crabapples

Gamay MVB 2021 Kékfrankos From 62-year-old vines100% Beaujolais over here! Sourced from 3 different vineyards with the majority coming from 65 year old vines in Moulin au Vent. Whole cluster fermentation and aged in both oak barrels and clay amphorae. A great acidic backbone in this red that balances out the fruit explosion on the palate.
