We used printed Piccadilly poplin from Liberty Fabrics for an easy, super lightweight, woven track short that's perfect for kicking around on the weekends or even for actual sports. (This cotton quality is fine, smooth, and a touch heavier and more opaque than the classic Tana Lawn we use for some of our other track shorts.) Each pair comes in a matching pouch that can be repurposed for phone chargers,
