A grouping of three badges, including an unissued Drivers Proficiency Badge, Silver Grade, in silvered bronze, the obverse depicts a laurel leaf wreath and a steering wheel, mounted on a field grey wool backer, with prongs fully intact, with paper backer mostly preserved, measuring 52 mm in diameter, and in very fine condition.
