1935 Texas Independence Silver Commemorative Half Dollar - NGC MS 66 T-54 40-Coin Buffalo Nickel Rolls -This issue was struck in commemoration of the independence of Texas in 1836. The obverse features a large 5 pointed star situated behind an eagle while the reverse displays an allegorical winged Liberty flanked by the busts of General Sam Houston and Stephen Austin.
