the obverse bears the red lion of the Latvian coat of arms and the silver griffin of the Latvian coat of arms

however the primary belt clip is missing part of its attachment hook

Germany, Third Reich. A Reichsbahn Official’s Visor Cap, by Carl Iske Buy Now base with a medal bed(Deutsche Reichsbahn dunkelblaue Schirmmtze). A Reichsbahn officials visor cap, constructed of dark blue wool with a subtle whipcord weave. It features reinforced side walls which are fully lined on the exterior with a black doeskin cap band. Both the top and bottom edges of the band are trimmed with red piping. Pinned onto the peak is a silvered zink insignia consisting of a Reichsbahn style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika,
