The owners name is difficult to read, but it is most likely Oskar Hu or Huss. He was born on July 19, 1891 and worked as a construction engineer in Heeresbauamt II Wien (Army Construction Department 2 Vienna). Two entries into the booklet are of special interest. Several instances of extra payments due to front
