Cross bottony in white enamel with green enamelled Maltese cross, inclusive of gilt crown 80. 9 mm (h) x 51 mm (w), evidence of scratches on obverse white cross, on original green neck ribbon, very fine condition. Housed in original green case, very fine condition. Footnote: The Order of Saints Maurice and Lazarus was instituted on 16 September 1572. Medals are awarded by the House of Savoy. It is a combination of two orders: the
