The water tubes are placed around the perimeter of an inground winter pool cover keeping it from sinking into the pool. Just slide water tubes through the water bag loops on your winter pool cover. This is a heavy duty vinyl water tube made with 20 gauge vinyl and has a single chamber. The valve on the tube is leak proof.
