It is in Russian and French. The sender is Seyss Richard, Arthur (Richard Sey Inquart), the recipient is Karolina Maschka, a relative of his mother. It is dated to March 11, 1947. Richard is healthy and hopes to see home again soon. He would return as one of the last POWs in 1955. Measuring 139 mm (w) x 100 mm (h), presenting light scuffing of the edges and age related discolouration,
