In silver, a Maltese cross, each of the arms finished with two ball finials, four crowns at corners, the obverse bearing three crowns in Gold and enemal, the reverse centerpiece inscription PRO PATRIA, inclusive of crown and sword suspension 57 mm (h) x 36. 8 mm (w), on original striped ribbon, near mint condition.
