A silver eight pointed star with large ball finials, the obverse with a superimposed Cross Patte in 18 kt Gold and enamels, consisting of a white enameled cross with Gold knots in the quadrants in between the arms of the cross, the obverse center features a blue enameled field with a Lombardy crown with red, green and white enamel details, surrounded by a Gold ring, the
