Scheid consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac with a central raised anchor(Orden Svetog Save). Instituted January 23rd, 1883. Type II (1903 1921 issue, c. 1905). A fine quality manufacture Order of St. Sava, constructed of gilded silver, consisting of a Maltese cross with ball finals, the arms of the cross in light blue and white enamels and with Serbian double eagles with shields on their chests in the quadrants between the arms of the cross, the obverse with a central white enameled medallion bearing a delicately hand
