Germany, Wehrmacht. A Mint 1939 Clasp to the Iron Cross II Class, by Steinhauer & Lück visually-hidden measures 162 mm (w) x(Wiederholungsspange 1939 zum Eisernen Kreuz II. Klasse 1914 2. Form). Reinstituted 1 September 1939. (1940 1945 issue). Constructed of silvered tombak, the obverse consisting of a Wehrmacht eagle perched on top of a wreathed mobile swastika, situated above a trapezoidal plaque bearing a date of 1939 on a pebbled background, the reverse retaining all four attachment prongs and a Third Reich period ribbon, unmarked but demonstrating the characteristics
