Island Songs is the innovative brainchild of Bafta award winning composer lafur Arnalds, alongside acclaimed film director Baldvin Z (BBC's Trapped, Life in a Fish Bowl). Seven songs created in seven weeks on a travelling tour around Iceland in partnership with local musicians, most notably including Nanna Brynds Hilmarsdttir who is the singer in Of Monsters And Men. Her track is the most conventional "song", with most of the other
